Dentistry is a highly competitive service category with lots of clinics in the areas The Fono operates in, so The Fono approached Oceania Media for some new ways to promote their awesome dental services in this saturated market.
Oceania Media recommended a strategy aimed at improving organic search rankings by generating online reviews on Google and Facebook.
We came up with a campaign offering a $20 discount to all patients that reviewed The Fono online, and created some in-clinic tools to help the dentists promote the offer.
These included a giveaway card, poster artwork, in-clinic animations and digital banners for the website, Facebook and e-newsletter.
The campaign is still running and has helped increase The Fono’s website traffic by 25% in the past year and generate almost 100 online reviews so far.
