The Fono conducts an annual needs survey to measure the experiences of service users, and gauge how they can improve what they’re doing.
The survey uses a 1 – 5 rating scale for 12 questions, to indicate the extent to which service users agree or disagree with statements, and participants are also asked to comment on ideas they have of how The Fono can improve service delivery.
The Fono Infographic
This time The Fono wanted to do something new with their results, and approached Oceania Media to help present them in a different way.
We came up with a four page infographic that visualises the results and makes them more interesting to read. We then developed both a print version and a web version that optimises for mobile, so that the results can be read on any device. Say no to boring text – do an infographic!
